MyMiniCity - A FREE Sim City Style Game

My Mini City is a completely free online game that is similar to the Sim City games. It is completely browser based , meaning NO downloads are needed so you can play whether you are a Mac, Windows or Linux person.
The game has Sim City style items such as Population, Security, Environment, Improve Transport etc. And look at the screen shot, not too bad is it. I am not sure how much of a game it is or actually how you control the city growth but I am sure there are some readers that will expain it to me.
